Had some muffin orders. And if something gonna go wrong, it will go wrong!! My digital weighing scale went kaput while baking yesterday evening. Had to rush to find 9V battery. Lepas install new battery, the weighing scale still kaput!! Well, you can imagine my stress. All the baking shops were already closed and I have to deliver these 150 this friday morning. So, I went to Giant to find whatever weighing machine they have. And they have lousy ones. So, rushed to Carrefour. They are closed at 10.30 pm!! Haiya!! Last resort, rushed to Tesco. Lucky Tesco still opened. Managed to find a better one at Tesco. Finally starts baking at about 11.30 pm and finished everything at 5 am. What remains now in my kitchen is the unwashed utensil, mixing bowl and paddle. Gonna take a break. Tired and yawn yawn :-)
